Available data types

The service provides access to up-to-date and archived preprocessed data of remote sensing of the Earth of low, medium and high resolution from satellites LandSat, Sentinel, MODIS, TERRA, KANOPUS, METEOR, RESOURS, etc.

The following layers are currently available:

- synthesized satellite images - a set of images in natural colors with a filtration by cloudiness;

- vegetation indices - a layer of numerical indicators of the quantity and quality of biological resources, calculated on the basis of multispectral satellite images. Depending on the type, the indices can be used in various tasks, such as assessing vegetation health, predicting yields, or determining the effectiveness of fertilizer application. Indexes NDVI, GNDVI, PVI, SWVI, SAVI, NDRE, MNDVI, AWEI, WRI, NDWI, NDMI are available for viewing;

- fire synthesis - thematic layers that provide information about fires and smoke based on satellite images.
