Transfering layers of classifier

At the top the lists of layers are located, under them - lists of layer objects,  below at the left - the list of semantics of selected layer.

It is possible to transfer only a layer, a layer with objects and to transfer objects of a layer into selected layer. Semantics of a layer are transferred just as semantics of separate object.
