Place raster by 2 points with rotation and scaling |
The mode is intended for shift and turn a raster concerning vector (raster, matrix) map and change its scale. Beforehand raster should be added into the vector (raster, matrix) map document. Place raster by 2 points with rotation and scaling mode expects from the user execution the following operations: - To select the first point on a raster, to specify an appropriate point on a map; - To select the second point on a raster, to specify an appropriate point on a map.
It is possible to select a raster point by taking coordinates from a map object. For this purpose the context menu includes the «Take vertex» and «Take line» items. It is recommended to select points of a raster as much as possible remote from each other. During a choice of points there is a possibility to control the displaying a processed raster relative to the map. To change the display of the raster over/under the map, use the R button on the keyboard. After a choosing the first pair of points (on the raster and on the map) the raster shifts to the specified point on the map. At positioning the raster is shifted and turned in such a manner that the indicated points on a raster come in correspondence with points indicated on a map (provided that a raster does not require turn). Thus the binding of a raster and its scale varies. The copy of the initial raster is saved with the same name, but with the extension *. ~ sw or *. ~ st.
Methods of activation the mode Place raster by 2 points with rotation and scaling: 1. It is necessary to select a raster for changing binding from the dialogue Raster List (View \ Raster List). Then to press Properties button and in the appeared menu to select the item Place raster by 2 points with rotation and scaling. 2. It is necessary set current a raster for changing binding from Raster Editor (Tools\Raster Editor) by the modes Select raster, Select next raster, Select previous raster. Further to open the auxiliary panel Work with raster by pressing the so name button on the Raster Editor panel and to select the button Place raster by 2 points with rotation and scaling.
