EPSG Reader program

The EPSG Reader program allows you to view EPSG databases, to export coordinate systems and measurements, compatible with the GIS «Panorama».

 

To work with the program you need:

1. Download the latest version of the EPSG database from: https://epsg.org/home.html.  If necessary, register on the website and download the archive of the database file via the menu: EPSG data set - Download data set - EPSG (MS Access database).

2. Extract the mdb file from the archive and open the file by clicking the «Open EPSG Database» button.

 

To export coordinate systems and units of measurement in the GIS «Panorama» it is necessary:

1. Press the «Export database» button.

2. After processing is completed, the files epsg.csg, epsg.csp, epsg.csu will be created in the folder of the open database.

3. Copy the files epsg.csg, epsg.csp, epsg.csu to the folder with the installed GIS «Panorama». By default, the GIS «Panorama» is located in the folder: c:\Program Files\Panorama\Panorama14
