Correspondence of relief objects and elevation matrix

When a height matrix is present, for each point of an object with 3D metrics, the correspondence between the third coordinate value of the metric point and the height value in the matrix is checked. If the third coordinate in the object's metric is missing, the correspondence between the object's Absolute Height semantic value and the height value in the matrix is checked for each point of the object.
