To insert in WORD the picture of selected fragments of map

The given mode is intended for a stream insert into WORD the several fragments of the map which are located inside of selected objects. It is expedient to apply at formation of many-sheets drawings, for example, when the drawing of the ground area is not placed onto one sheet of А3 format.

The following sequence of actions is recommended:  

— to create objects on a map (closed linear), borders of printer's sheets;    

— to select (allocate) objects on a map — borders of printer's sheets;    

— to choose a mode, there will be a dialogue Formation of the land-management documentation;

— to set in dialogue the structure of reports and to specify names of documents patterns;    

— to set for each type of the document the own structure of the map image (for viewing the current structure of a map use Apply button);

— to press Create button.  

The given mode allows to fill the patterns of documents containing #PICTURE# key fields. Thus, instead of one image the quantity of the sheets corresponding to the quantity of selected objects will be inserted.
