Layout of the land plot on the cadastral plan

The mode Formation of the layout of area on the cadastral plan of territory is intended for formation of the textual report in accordance with the requirements of the order of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation from November, 27th, 2014 N 762 "On approval of requirements to preparation of layout of the ground area or the ground areas on the cadastral plan of territory and to a format of the layout of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of territory at preparation of layout of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of territory in the form of an electronic document, form of the layout of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory, preparation of which is carried out in the form of the paper document".

The scheme of location of the land plot on the cadastral plan of the territory is prepared on a cartographic basis and contains information of the state cadastre of real estate (cadastral plan of the territory).

The recommended operation procedure:

— To plot an object contour — the ground area, information of which must be present on the scheme.

— To prepare the image of the scheme and to save it in a graphic file.

— To call the mode and to specify the created object — the land plot.

— Enter the required information in the dialog and generate the report.

The scheme image is formed in an interactive mode and can be controlled by the user by the composition of layers and designing. You can connect into the composition of the scheme image of layers of topographical or cadastral map on-duty, placed onto the GIS Server, web services of external geoportals.
