Editing the location and geometry of objects. To edit an object, you must select it on the map. The selection is performed by clicking the left mouse button while the cursor is over the object contour. There are three options for editing an object.
1. Editing the object «wholly» 2. Editing a segment of an object 3. Editing a point (node) of an object.
To edit the «wholly» object, remove the cursor from the object contour. In this case, the following operations with the object are possible: moving (moving the mouse with the pressed left button ), as well as auxiliary modes: - Delete; - Bringing to the background (Under All); - Bringing to the foreground (Above All); - Snap to grid; - Filtering (removal of points located on straight lines and not connected with other objects). To edit a separate segment, move the cursor over the object contour. In this case, the following operations are possible: - Insert a new point (left-click); - Place the point closest to the cursor on the segment onto the horizontal line (by the far point); - Place the point closest to the cursor on the segment onto the vertical line (along the far point); To edit an individual node, move the cursor over the edited node. In this case, the following operations are possible: - Moving (moving the mouse with the pressed left button); - Deleting ("Delete" or a menu item that pops up by pressing the right mouse button).
