Moving objects with a dragging to a border

Moving objects from four sheets of the source map into a map of output scale is carried out in full, except for sheets borders of the source map.  In this case, some points of objects that come out onto the border have small discrepancies with the metric of border. The maximum discrepancies are shown by a red thickened line. To avoid discrepancies when moving objects, the automatic dragging the points of objects to the borders of the output sheet (a thin red line) is carried out.
