Operating procedure for translation of the classifier at presence of text files of congruence

1.  To choose the source classifier;

2.  to load a text file of names congruence - Load congruence button at the left (thus, the English names will appear in the table of the source classifier);

3.        if there is a control Russian classifier (from pair of classifiers Russian-English) it is possible to open it

4.  and to load a text file of names congruence - Load congruence button on the right (thus, in the table of the control classifier there will appear an additional column with the English names, corresponding to Russian names available in a file);

5.        in search by a code or by a key (by double click of the mouse in 1-st or 2-nd column of a line without translation in the left table) to try to find translation in the table of the control classifier

and to copy the found name from the control classifier - Я button;

7.        manually to enter missing English names;

8.        to press Save congruence button, thus it will be offered to choose a name of a saved text file (to save all translations it is possible into the same text files or into different one) and new file of names conformity will be created or already existing files of names conformity will be updated (with *.txr extension - Russian names, *.txe extension - English).

Thus, in an English file of congruence (*.txe) both Russian and English names can appear. It is possible to translate this file by any translator, to check up it and to repeat actions 1 - 3, and then

9.        to save the output classifier - Save classifier button. After saving of the translated classifier, this classifier becomes as the working classifier, instead of the source classifier. The name of the working classifier is displayed in heading of dialog and into the left table the information from the output classifier is placed;

10.        if the working classifier is a (half-)translated classifier, by pressing the button Hide translated names it is possible to clean from the table the translated names (blue color), having left only not translated (red color);

11.        if not all is translated then manually to enter missing English names;

12.        to save the output classifier - Save classifier button.
