Input and deleting of semantics

Press Add button for input of new semantics. Code, key and name of semantics must be entered necessarily. At absence of these data or at mistakes, the message is given and recording of the new semantics is not made. The type of semantics is established by default symbolical. If necessary replace it.  

For deleting semantics it is necessary to illuminate required semantics and to use Delete button. It is impossible to delete semantics influencing the image or obligatory one. In this case it is necessary to look over objects and to delete semantics from obligatory semantics, to delete series if they are present.
