Addition of report elements |

After creation into the report the report elements can be added - rectangular areas on the report page, containing text, a map or OLE object. The text is added at a choice of the menu item Add - the Text or by pressing the button on the toolbar The map is added at a choice of one of the menu items Add - Map: - Active (it is duplicated by the toolbar button - From file … - adds a previously saved map; - New... - after entering a name of a file, classifier and scale creates a new map and adds it into the report. The empty map can be used for creation of out-of-frame designing and a legend; - Copy … - after a choice of a map file and entering a new name creates a copy of a map and adds it into the report. The copy can be used for creation of out-of-frame designing or a legend on a basis of the previously created map of border designing or legend. OLE object is added at a choice of one of menu items Add - OLE object: - From clipboard (it is duplicated by the toolbar button - From file … - adds the document created by a third-party application that supports OLE technology. |
