Operating procedure with given utility

For creation of a map in system of coordinates 63 years it is necessary:

- To enter a name of a created map, having pressed onto the button near to a field for input of a map's name or by double click on a field for a map name. If such file name MAP already exists, the program will give out the message «This map already exists. Recreate it». If the operator will respond "YES" the all information on the given map will be lost and instead of it the new map will be created. If the operator will respond "NOT", the utility will suggest to enter all data anew.

- To choose the classifier of resources for a new map, by pressing the button near to a field for input of a classifier's name or by double click on a field for a name of the classifier;

- To enter a region name of a created map;

- To choose scale of a created map;

- To choose a region index of a created map;

- To press Add button;

- To enter the nomenclature of a created sheet;

- To enter the name of a created sheet;

- To enter rectangular coordinates of frame corners of a created sheet;

- To pass into Geodetic bookmark and to press Calculate button. As a result there will be a recalculation of rectangular coordinates of frame corners of a sheet into geodetic coordinates and visually the operator can check up correctness of input of coordinates. This operation can be missed, but in the further the automatic calculation of geodetic coordinates within GIS Map 2011 does not occur and it is necessary to enter coordinates manually;

- To press Set up button;

- For addition into region of the next sheet it is necessary to press Add button and execute all operations for input of the information for the next sheet.

- Upon termination of input of the information for all sheets, it is necessary to press Exit button. As a result of work the frames of the entered sheets will be created.

The created map automatically does not open. It is necessary to open it by means of GIS Map 2011.

If such file name SIT already exists, the program will give out the message «This map already exists. Recreate it». If the operator will respond "YES" the all information on the given map will be lost and instead of it the new map will be created. If the operator will respond "NOT", the utility will suggest to enter all data anew.

- To choose the classifier of resources for a new user map, by pressing the button near to a field for input of a classifier's name or by double  click on a field for a name of the classifier;

- To enter a region name of a created user map;

- To choose scale of a created user map;

- To choose a region index of a created user map;

- To enter number of a zone for a created user map;

- To press Set up button.

The created user map automatically does not open. It is necessary to open it by means of GIS Map 2011.
