Diagnostics log

The diagnostic log is used to find the causes of a recurring error in program work. If some action with the program causes an error, then for its diagnosing, it is desirable to enable the Diagnostics log and to repeat the action causing an error.

The diagnostic log is created in the .log file  \ProgramData\program_name.log (For example: Panorama.log or Panorama Editor.log). The ProgramData service folder is usually located on the C: drive. After the diagnostic information has been written to the file, it should be sent to the service of technical support with a description of the error, which will help determine its cause and correct the program.
