The special user information needed for GIS application tasks contain data that can be get while digital map information analysis and processing along with any other available information.

The special user's information can be represented in any structure, user-friendly.It can be the text files (ASCII), graphics files (PCX), matrix of heights, matrix of qualities (collection of preset area properties, introduced by the way matrixes of the same structure, as matrix of heights)  and any others.
