Dissection of a line object

To dissect (cut) a line object it is necessary to select edited object and to indicate a place of a dissection (to select a point on object for " Cut by vertex " mode or place on object for "Cut line " mode. These modes are in Topology panel).

The difference between the first and the second mode is that in the second case presence of an actual point is not necessary for object in a cut place.
