Building a profile along line for a matrix of layers or qualities |

The result is displayed in a window as the diagram where the vertical axis marks absolute height in meters, and horizontal - a line length in meters. Layer color is set in the matrix description. There are number of a layer, Layer Name and Power of a layer in meters is indicated in the table. In windows Height values of heights in initial, final and current points of a line are displayed. At mouse moving along a line the values of power and height are specified for the current point. For qualities matrix a value of quality is indicated in the table. The mode carries out saving of the profile image in files of WMF, EMF format, that allows in further to print the image, to use it in WORD documents etc. For this purpose it is necessary to press Save as button, to choose a file name and the appropriate expansion. If the line on which the profile is under construction, consists of several reference points the profile image may not be placed in a window completely and is displayed in part. To build a profile completely by clicking of the right mouse button the emerging menu is caused and Show all profile mode is selected. For display of a part of profile there is a return operation - Show a part of profile. The profile constructed for a line from two points always is displayed completely.

By using this mode building of a terrain profile along the given contour (a broken line) with using of layers matrix or qualities matrix is carried out. The contour is set by reference points. Setting of the reference points starts by the left mouse button click and finishes by the double mouse click or by the combination of left - right mouse button click.
