To register the user

For access to a server the user in the beginning of work should enter a login name and the password. After that the user can choose data in dialogue: Open maps from GIS Server or Add maps from GIS Server. If the user will address to these dialogues before registration or the GIS will try to open maps on a server which have been opened in last session the dialogue of registration of the user will be automatically opened. The password of the user is stored and passed in the ciphered kind by MD5 algorithm. At loss of the password he is appointed the manager anew.
