Addition of an absolute height into metrics from objects semantics

To add height into metrics of objects it is possible provided that they have semantics "Absolute height " (true altitude). In this case if objects have no three-dimensional metrics "Height" coordinate is added, and the height value is taken from object semantics. If object has the three-dimensional metrics, value of height varies onto value of a true altitude from object semantics.
