Insert of the title into a line

The mode is intended for interactive matching of a title of linear map object with a signed line with a rupture of signed object along overall dimensions of a title and can be used for the coordination of the metric description of a title and linear map object whch must have this title.

As a result of processing the metrics of a title " is packed" on a line, the equalization « by center » (horizontal and vertical) is set for it, the line rupture in a place of a title is made.

For mode execution it is necessary sequentially to select on a map a processed title and a line signed by it.
