Maps of geodetic data

Maps of geodetic data are intended for fast and more exact defining the coordinates of fire (starting) positions, means of reconnaissance and goals, and also for topographic and geodetic binding of elements of battle order of troops. Coordinates of contour points for the imprinting into a map define by large-scale maps, plans or by photogrammetric methods providing the required accuracy. As a basis for the imprinting of special content the topographic maps of appropriate scales are used. If there is information, on the map can be shown and isogonal lines, areas of magnetic anomalies, and also landmark points with indicating distances and directional angles.

They are made in scales 1:50 000,1:100 000 and 1:200 000 by the digital topographic maps, remote sensing data, materials of field geodetic works.
