Map Editor options

Parameters of editing session are saved at termination of the map editor and restored at its restart.

Dialogue of parameters options of the map editor contains bookmarks in which are set:

- common parameters;

- parameters of tracing;

- parameters of autofigures;

- structure of the main panel;

- hot keys.
