List of embedded documents (cuts)

Embedded objects list dialog is intended for displaying the list of insets, which are parts of the map document, and also for control of their properties.

In the left part of the dialog, in the form of tree branches, the names of the insets are shown, in the right part - in the special window the current inset is displayed.

Access to properties of inserts is carried out by means of the pop-up menu which is activated by right-clicking on a tree of inserts, or the Properties button.

Modes of changing the parameters of the current inset:

- View;

- Placing;

- Scale range;

- Goto;

- Background color;

- View of border;

- Parameters of border;

- Delete.

Fragment and All map radio buttons of the Image group control the Placing insert property and allow to switch display of insert from one mode (Fragment) to another (All map).

When the Fragment mode is active, the position of the inset relative to the dialog box affects the view of inset in the map document.

Properties of the inset can be changed without a dialog, if you click on the inset by the right mouse button and select the appropriate item in the pop-up menu.
