Components of data access

The database tables are allocated on the disk. They are physical objects. The data sets are used for operations with the data contained in the tables. The data set is an aggregate of records taken from one or several DB tables. Records are selected by the definite rules, in special cases it (dataset) can contain all records from linked with it table or contain no one.

On Data access bookmark of the Palette of components there are nonvisual components, which are used for organization of data access contained in the tables. They represent an intermediate joint between the data of the database tables and visual components.
