Change a scale of vector map

In the given mode the scale of an output vector map can differ from scale of a source vector map, and other characteristics of maps (a projection, a division, discreteness of digitizing and the classifier) coincide.

As a result of the task's work in the given mode the transformation of information from one scale into another will be executed. For example, it is possible to transform a map from scale 1 : 200000 into scale 1 : 100000.
