Viewing and editing of attributes in points of engineering-geological researches

In dialog the general data on a borehole are entered: number, a mark of a mouth, date of researches and descriptions of soils.

The major parameter of borehole description is the mark of a mouth. Concerning it the calculation of absolute height of a layer's bottom, power of a layer and depth of a layer is carried out.  

Order of input and editing of data:  

- to specify number of a borehole (a point of research);  

- to enter value of a altitude mark of a borehole mouth (a point of research);  

- to specify date of drilling (date of doing of the researching works);  

- to make input (editing) the description of geological beddings.  

Description of a roof and a bottom of geological beddings can be made by absolute marks, by power or by depth. However input should be of the same type, it is impossible to enter absolute altitudes and depths simultaneously. The soils names are chosen of the list. At a choice of a soil name the conventional symbol by which the layer will be displayed on engineering-geological columns and cuts is automatically displayed. If necessary the style of object can be changed, by a choice from the classifier geology.rsc. Parameters in columns: «soil structure», «appearing waters level», «established waters level» are filled at presence of data. Into a column «Soil structure» any value is entered, if the structure of a soil is disturbed. Into columns «appearing waters level» and «established waters level» a level in absolute heights is entered. Into base it is entered as relative heights (a mark of a mouth minus the entered value).

Enter descriptions of soils. Use the buttons from "Lines" group.

In the field «Choose column for input of values» specify type of data. Enter data into the column corresponding to the chosen type. Upon termination of input, place the cursor into the blank column. The program will automatically calculate values in the blank columns.

Calculations are made from absolute height «mark of mouth». At absence of value in «mark of mouth» field the calculations are made from value «0».
