String format |
String format can be chosen from the list existing in dialog, or can be set yourself with the help of key symbols. The following keys must be entered into structure of an edited field: PT X Y H CD S1 S2 S3.
Identification information: PT - abbreviation of English Point, means the number or the name of the object;
Coordinates of objects can be represented by one of the variants: Variant 1: X - coordinate of point X (an obligatory field, if no WKT format); Y - coordinate of point Y (an obligatory field, if no WKT format); H - coordinate of point H;
Variant 2: WKT - field of describing the type and metric of object in WKT format (required field if there is no format X Y);
Attributes (characteristics) CD - abbreviation of English Code, means a code of a point (non-obligatory field); S1 – a code of first semantics of a point (optional field, at its presence into object the corresponding value with the chosen code of semantics is added); S2 – a code of second semantics of a point (optional field, at its presence into object the corresponding value with the chosen code of semantics is added); S3 – a code of third semantics of a point (optional field, at its presence into object the corresponding value with the chosen code of semantics is added). Coordinates of plotted objects are set by default in format X (*.6) Y (*.6) H (*.3). Exception makes a case when the task is called from the geodesy editor - then the format of coordinates can be setup preliminary. The order of an arrangement of keys in a field sets position of corresponding fields in the string of a text file. The program reads strings of a text file and by the chosen format analyses them. If the erroneous key is entered, the message is given, for example,
Inadmissible format <NM> of string CD PT X Y H If in the chosen format there is no obligatory field X or Y the message is given, for example,
Mistake in a format of a line: there is no obligatory code Y After delivery of the message about mistake the format by default is offered: PT X Y H CD
