Formation of the ZIP-package for sending to SCRE

The ZIP-package consists of a set of the files packed into one ZIP-archive (hereinafter - a package). One electronic document corresponds to one package.

The package name should have the following view:

PREFIX_*.zip, where:

PREFIX - a prefix denoting the belonging the information to a file with data to certain type of the electronic document: ACT - Certificate of inspection, BORDER - the document on the establishment of Borders, ZONE - the document on the establishment of Zones.;

* - the unique set of characters corresponding to the GUID.

Package contents include XML-files and files of application PDF, JPEG and others, containing electronic images of paper documents, used at preparation of the electronic document. Each file in ZIP-package should be signed by a separate digital signature (*.SIG)

All attached files (XML, PDF, JPEG, SIG, etc.) should be placed in the same directory as the XML-file of the electronic document. XML-file of the electronic document should be placed in the root of the package. The names of the directories and file names must not contain special characters such as: +/ \ * < >@ « » “ ” `] [ { } $ # ~.

For formation of ZIP-package it is necessary in dialog "Select a folder containing files for archiving" to specify all files which must be included into the ZIP-package. If you select several files, use the keys Shift and Ctrl together with the pointer of the mouse for a multiple selection.
