Marking pickets inside of the chosen arbitrary contour . It is necessary for user to choose the arbitrary closed area on a map and to specify in special dialogue the type of marked pickets. Marking of those pickets which are located inside of the specified arbitrary contour occur. The distance of pickets selection is not used.
