The mode is intended for creation on a map of dot objects according to information from CSV file (an exchange file for system of cadastral accounting EGRZ - united state registry of the land). If in a file some lines of coordinates are contained some dot objects will be created. At creation of objects the parameters of settings of "Geodesy editor» are used: Code of created dot object and attribute of inquiry of a code before creation.
