On page Names of files are specified:
- Table «Registration data» - in this table the attributive information on objects of land tenure (plots) is placed. The name of this table is used in modes «Formation accounting documents» (Editing of the LIST of REGISTRATION DATA (DBF) button) , «Input of the attributive data into DB table», «To print scheme and the report by the table of a DB». In dialogue it is possible to choose a name of already existing table. For creation of the table the mode «To create the table «Registration data»» is used in a task «Formation of accounting documents». - Table «Catalogue of coordinates» - in this table is placed the information on coordinates of reference points and points of a surveying basis. The name of this table is used in all modes connected with calculation of coordinates (field traverse (theodolitic course), direct and inverse (return) tasks, tacheometry). In dialogue it is possible to choose a name of already existing table. For creation of the table the mode «To create the table «Catalogue of coordinates»» is used in a task «Formation of accounting documents». - Directories of templates of documents is used at formation of reports with a choice from the list in various modes (field traverse (theodolitic course), direct and inverse (return) tasks, tacheometry, setting works, formation of land-surveying and the description of the ground area). - Names of templates «Accounting documents» and «Description of a plot» are used in corresponding modes of task «Formation of accounting documents» at print of the report by the generalized pattern. - Directories of the reports is used for saving files of the reports received during formation at the specified flag «Automatically to save files of the reports». The name of a file of the report is formed by the program automatically by uniting a word «report» and unique number of object (for example, report125.doc). In the event that the file with the received name already exists, saving is not made, the new copy of document Word is simply created (for example, Document1). In group «Names of files of calculated data» there are specified the names of last opened and saved into the project of the calculated files. The user only can look through these data. Change of names of files occurs in the corresponding dialogues of calculated tasks (a theodolitic course, a direct and return task, a tacheometry). However in an element «Directories of data by default» it is possible to specify location of again created files of a theodolitic course (*.TEO), a direct geodetic task (*.TPR) and a return geodetic task (*.TOB).
