Formation and maintaining the list of applications and movement of materials

To form the List of applications use the mode Options->Applications.

To form a new record press the button «Add record» and enter the following information:

-application number;

-date of application's acceptance;

-performer;

-recipient;

-number of maps sets;

-number of Images sets;

-number of matrixes sets;

-total amount;

-foundation of application;

-comment.

To form the List of materials movement use the mode Options\The movement of materials.

To form  a new record press the button «Add record» and enter the following information:

-application number;

-group;

-type of the metadata;

-  comment.
