Formation of the invoice is made in the form of MS Excel spreadsheets on the basis of the prepared document template (List.xlt) included into installation of the Complex. Customizing the templates of formed documents is made by means of program MS Excel. The reason for use of beforehand created Excel template for formation of the final document consists in the following. With the help of MS Excel the document corresponding to established patterns or standards is created. To cells, into which results of performance of the program will be automatically placed, appropriate names are given. The cell name is directly entered into the field «Name» of MS Excel control panel. The cell name is unique, there can not be two cells with the same name. In case of need of the value duplication into several cells, it is performed by means of formation of document MS Excel. Calculation of the final sums also is made by means of MS Excel.
