The program is controlled by means of the keyboard and the mouse manipulator. The screen is divided into the working area, control panels (menu), the indication panels, the messages area.

The program has three basic modes of operation:

-Bank formation (data placing);

-editing the base of the metadata;

-formation and implementation of an application for outputting the data.

The main window of the program is divided into working areas:

-main toolbar;

-panel of work with base of metadata;

-panel of work with for geographical object (it is displayed by pressing the appropriate button of the panel of control by a map-scheme);

panel of forming the application (it is displayed by pressing the appropriate button of the main toolbar).
