Dialog Parameters of satellite monitoring allows to make customizing the paths for the remaining modes of satellite monitoring

Dialog «Parameters of satellite monitoring»:

The dialog displays the current paths for loading vegetation indexes matrixes on the local computer and the GIS Server, shows the list of available servers, contains buttons for selecting paths («…») and creating a new connection («+»).
