Reports

In the software the Passport of the field you can generate a number of reports. All reports are created automatically on the basis of data specified in the program and are formed by means of Microsoft Office.

Reports are created on the basis of earlier created templates of format Microsoft Excel. At installation of the software the folder is formed

<working directory of SYSTEM> \Template\

in which the developed templates are placed.

Before formation of reports it is necessary to set up the path to a folder with files of templates. For this purpose click the button «Setting options» , located on toolbar, and in the field Templates for reports specify a folder in which files in a format of  templates of Microsoft Excel are placed.

Access to the list of reports can be received, by clicking on button "Print" .

- «Passport of the field». This report is intended to print information about a concrete working section of a field and includes: general data of a working section, agrochemical parameters of soil, information about the planned and carried out agricultural activities, about planned to entering and the entered fertilizers, about means of crop protection, ameliorants and other. The information for this report is selected from the data about the field and the actions spent on this field. Template pasfield.xlt.

- «Structure of the lands and arable lands». It is intended to print information about all fields of a farm, about group of selected working sections of a separate field or group of fields of separate department of a farm and includes: structure of sown areas of a farm and structure of sown areas by departments. Template Square_org. XLT.

- «Gross collection from crop». Reflects productivity of cultures with breakdown by crop rotations. Template TotalYeld.xlt.

- «Crop yields on the farm». Contains information about planned and actual yields of each field of a farm. Template TotalYeld2.xlt.

- «Sowing the seeds». The information about sowing seeds selected from the actual work of machine operators. Template Seed.xlt.

- «Plant protection means». For this report and the remained reports of the group, the data is prepared in a dialog «Actions on a field (plan/fact) ». Template SZR.xlt.

- "Ameliorants (Meliorator)". Template Melior.xlt.

- "Fertilizers". Template Fert.xlt.

- «Structure of sown areas grouped by crop». Template FieldsForCulture.xlt.

Report by references is formed in the form of the list of data when you click on the button Print of the list of references.
