Description of the main window of the program |

After starting the program you get into the main window located atop of an open map.
The main window of software «Passport of the field» after starting the program:
At the top part of a window the toolbar (1) is placed. Under it - the list of fields passports, containing the basic parameters of a field from the database (2). At the bottom border of a window there is a status bar (3).

designed to manage the program.
Status bar contains the information about number of current record, date of last updating the record and who edited record.
Description of the elements of program's status bar:
In the software «Passport of the field» there is a set of the embedded applications. The call of the tasks is made from a toolbar. Into structure of the embedded applications are included: - creation of passports of the fields; - linking the information about fields to objects of a map; - updating semantics of objects according to the database; - updating the data of the database by semantics of map objects; - formation of various reports. |

- Show in details a current record/list. Controls the mode of displaying data.
- Field filter. Specifies the criteria of records selection into the list.
- Editing data of the passport of a field.
- Back up.
- Add a field.
- Add record with a copy.
- Delete field.
- Data updating.
- Link information about a field with his image on the map.
- Remove information about a field with his image on the map.
- For the field in the list to find the map object.
- For object of a map to find information on a field.
- Select on a map the fields from the list.
- Tasks. List of executable tasks:
- Formation of the field name.
- Update the semantics on a map or in a database.
- Automatic creating the passports of fields.
- Automatic linking the passports of fields with objects on a map.

- Setting options: Maintain user list and permissions to resources; Setting the path to the templates for the reports.
- Help: Getting Help, Information about the program; Information about the Database.
- Crop year. As data of passports of fields are closely tied to a year of a crop, it is necessary always to pay attention to the specified year.
- Watch. Controls the mode of watching at the linked objects on a map. If the button is enabled, at moving through records of the list of the fields passports the connected object is marked on a map.
