The program processes files of a realty cadastre XML, satisfying the requirements: - version of structure - 1.0, - coding - UTF-8, - version of the scheme - 26. During an execution of a mode on a map the following objects can be created: 1. cadastral quarter; (polygon object) with a set of semantic characteristics; 2. border of cadastral quarter; (edges, linear objects) with a set of semantic characteristics; 3. a plot (polygon object) with a set of semantic characteristics; 4. border of a plot (edges, linear objects) with a set of semantic characteristics; 5. parts of a plot (polygon object) with a set of semantic characteristics; 6. border of parts of a plot (edges, linear objects) with a set of semantic characteristics; 7. rotary points with a set of semantic characteristics.

The task is intended for loading data from a cadastre of the realty.
