By area of calculation it can be: - All area held by the initial matrix; - Rectangular fragment; - Arbitrary fragment; - Contour of selected object; - Fragment set by coordinates.

In the given mode the statistics of qualities matrix is calculated (calculation of the absolute sum, sum of positive and negative values, of middle, of minimum and maximum values) and the histogram of a surface is building, where on a horizontal axis the quantity of ranges (equal to the number of colours in the graphic palette of a matrix) is marked, and on vertical axis the number of values in the given range is marked.
