Organization - the current organization with which the SYSTEM works. The name is chosen from the list of the accessible farms specified in the directory «Organization» (farm).

Department - the structural unit of a farm which are carrying out processing of a separate field or group of fields (for example, «brigade 1») or historically isolated group of fields near some settlement (for example, "Berezovka").

The name of department is intended for a filtration of data and acceleration of search of working sections. If in your farm the division of fields onto departments is not applied, you can consider entire farm as department. For this purpose it is necessary to add corresponding record into the reference of departments. The name is chosen from the reference of «Department».

Number of field - the useful agricultural area including always entirely one or sections, having only one kind of a crop rotation.

Section number - the separate section of an arable land limited by natural relatively constant borders (for example, roads, streets, rivers, borders of the forest or field roads);

Basic accounting unit in system is the section. Because at entering sections their binding to a farm is required, it is necessary to check up, that the corresponding farm already has been entered into the program.

Numbering of sections is carried out in the order necessary to the user.

You can number sections in the usual way (for example, from 1 to 34) or, for example, to add a code of the farm into number (for example, from 101 to 134) and/or department (for example, from 1101 to 1534, where 1000 - a code of a farm, 100, 200..., 500 - a code of department, 1 - 34 - number of a section).

Number of a field is intended for acceleration of search of working sections, formation of reports and inquiries. You can enter numerical or character values. Use the designations of fields accepted for your farm. Thus names should not be too long, because otherwise the name will not be displayed completely in separate estimations.

Field name. For evident representation of a section the concept the Field name is introduced which is created automatically by the specified mask.

Arbitrary name - User name of a section. At updating the database data by semantics of a map object in this field the value of semantics Field name is written.

The area on the document, hectares - is entered the value of the area of a working section in hectares according to your accounting documentation.

The area on map, hectares - is displayed the value of the area calculated by the cartographical image of a working section. It is impossible to make changes to this position. Change of the area of a section on a map is made by means of «Map Editor».

Type of ground - value is selected from the base directory, section «Name of ground types».

Soil structure - value is selected from the base directory, section «Name of groups by mechanical structure of soil».

Degree of erosion - value is selected from the base directory, section «Name of erosion degrees».

Level of intensification - value is selected from the base directory, section «Name of intensification levels».

Bias, degrees - numerical value of an average bias on a working section of a field.
