Requirements to the address

The address can consist of street name, number of the house, a trunk and a building. The name of street and number of house are obligatory components of address. User is obliged to specify their always. The street can be set either by a code, or by the name. Number of the house, the trunk or a building can consist of two parts: numerical and symbolical (for example, the house 35А). The symbolical part can be together with numerical, or separately in other field of a DB table (other semantics of object), or to be absent.
