Transliteration of a map

Procedure is intended for a transliteration of titles of an electronic map, and also text semantics from cyrillics onto a Latin and back.

Procedure processes all objects of the specified map.

In a processed string (the text of the title or the semantic characteristic) the symbols are replaced only which are being the letters of Russian alphabet (at processing «rus.-lat.») or of English alphabet (at processing «lat.-rus.»).

Other symbols remain without change.
