Transformation by two points

There are three variants of transformation by two points:

- rotation with scaling;

- rotation without scaling;

- horizontal alignment.

 

To rotate a raster it is possible both at open, and at the closed vector map.

At rotation with scaling the position of the raster image concerning a vector  map varies in such a manner that the points specified on a raster coincide with the points specified on a map. Thus the scale of a raster, its sizes and point of a binding will change.

At rotation without scaling the raster image rotates around the first point specified on a vector map. The angle of rotation is set by two pairs points: on the raster image and on a vector map. Thus, the sizes of a raster and a point of binding will change.

Theoretical and actual position of points is indicated on a raster-vector map as follows:

- to choose the first point of a raster, to specify a point corresponding to it on a map,

- to choose the second point of a raster, to specify a point corresponding to it on a map.

 

At horizontal alignment the position of the raster image varies in such a manner  that the points specified on it will be located on one horizontal line. Thus the sizes of a raster and a point of binding will change.

For horizontal alignment it is necessary to choose only the first point of a raster, and then - the second.
