Creation of cartographical region

On the basis of files of maps tree it is possible to form Works region. Create region mode is intended for this purpose. Transition to the page is carried out by usual switching of pages or by means of a choice of corresponding item in File menu or by button on the control panel of buttons.

Process of Creation of region begins with representation of a current tree of maps in the form of two auxiliary trees: a tree containing classifiers and a tree, containing binary files Sxf and text files Txf. Filling the fields of Creation pages it is carried out by a method of dragging of the chosen files from auxiliary trees or by double click on the chosen file. For plural marking of files on a tree it is necessary to combine mouse click with key Ctrl or Shift (for a choice of the first and the last file from elements of tree Sxf, Txf). As a result all the chosen files are marked by red color. Using Append, Delete, Clear buttons it is possible to correct the list of files with data for creation of region.

Region name field is not obligatory for filling.

Create area button is accessible to creation of area in case of the filled fields: Classifier, Files with data SXF, TXF. Map selection for region creation dialog is called before creation of region. In the File name field is necessary to specify a name. For example, example. Manager of maps himself will generate a name of temporary dir file, adding to a name ".tree" and dir extension - example.tree.dir. After a choice of a name of a dir file the dialog Loading of a map by stream is called. The name of a new map of region - example.tree.map is similarly formed. By pressing Yes button the process of region creation  begins.

Result of Creation of region is the open map of area in the GIS.
