Formation of arbitrary rule

In this mode it is possible to put any division (to divide the specified area into rectangles of specified sizes).

Thus if the background map supports recalculation of geodetic coordinates, the sizes of a rectangle can be set both in meters, and in angular sizes.

For the maps which are not supporting a recalculation of geodetic coordinates, definition of the sizes only in meters is available.
