Dialog of a printing a map into PostScript-file allows to save the image of a map in a vector kind by means of the driver of the PostScript-compatible output device (print).

Received files can be processed in other systems. Loading of a PostScript-file in CorelDRAW 11 it is necessary to carry out with option Import text as curves (loading of the text in curves).

At occurrence of problems of transfer of TrueType-fonts by means of Adobe Acrobat 7.0 system it is necessary to execute converting a PostScript-file into PDF format with the subsequent saving in an EPS-file (encapsulated PostScript).

To receive the best results the smoothing of screen fonts should be switched off  in Windows system (Start / Settings / Control panel / Screen / Designing / Effects).

At formation of a PostScript-file in CMYK colors the classifier of a map should contain a palette in CMYK colors.

At formation of PostScript-files for creation of slides of constant storage ((SCS - DPH) the map classifier should contain a few additional RGB-palettes which number should match the number of colors used in offset printing using DPH. To set RGB-model of output and 100 percent intensity of a solid in the Print to PostScript dialog. In the Print to PostScript dialog to install the RGB-model of output and 100-percent intensity of the solid.
