Means of development of GIS-applications GIS Toolkit

(A set a component, allowing to develop the GIS-application in the environment of visual programming DELPHI or C ++ BUILDER).

Basis of GIS ToolKit is the specialized control system of databases of electronic maps Map 2011 which allows to create vector, raster and matrix electronic maps on the basis of source maps and photographic materials.

- Opening and displaying of an electronic map.

- Change of displaying scale and display of an electronic map in structure

 of the objects, satisfying to specified conditions.

- Output of a map fragment onto print and formation of BMP resource.

- Reception of the information about objects of a map from the classifier of electronic

 map (library of conventional symbols).

- Search of map's objects by layers (segments), by nomenclature sheets,

 by type, by unique number, by character of object's localization, by all

 works region or in the specified area.

- Visual marking of map's objects.

- Creation and deleting of map's objects.

- Editing of metric and semantic characteristics of objects.

- Simultaneous displaying of a vector map and the matrix information.

- Reception of values of height of district on the basis of data of

 matrix information's files.

- Reception of coordinates of points of district in systems: conditional,

 Geodetic, rectangular (1942 year) and their transformation.

- Link of objects of a map with an external database.

This toolkit allows to create applications which are carried out in Internet/Intranet environment through WEB-server Baikonur (www.demo.ru).
