System of Accounting and Registration of Landownership  EARTH AND RIGHT

The automated information system of a land cadastre EARTH AND RIGHT is intended for operative collection, accumulation, storage and use of land-cadastral data (natural and legal character) at cadastral mapping, operative management by land resources.

The system allows to carry on the help information on land users, the ground areas, operations spent with the ground areas, and also to fasten this information to electronic maps and to carry out some calculation tasks with delivery of accounting materials.

The cadastral information on the ground areas is stored in a relational database. Electronic maps of district have an internal format of the GIS Map 2011. The main functions of System of the accounting and registration of landownership are:

- creation and use of relational databases of landownerships and land users;

- editing contents of databases with use of commands of the menu and forms: addition, deleting, change, search of data, etc.;

- output onto external print devices of the accounting materials created according to information from databases and an electronic map;

- execution of calculated specialized tasks: searching queries, calculations on a map, etc.

The system of a land cadastre EARTH AND RIGHT is founded on use of geoinformation system Map 2011 and allows to solve following tasks:

- accounting of land users;

- registration of right-establishing documents on the ground;

- quantitative and qualitative accounting of the grounds with their division onto categories;

- registration of the rights, and also transactions and charges onto the ground area;

- establishment and registration of charges and servitudes;

- formation of the statistical reporting;

- mapping of the accounted territory.

Methods of entering of the cartographical information:

 - vectoring of the scanned maps-materials;

- creation of objects of the accounting by available coordinates;

- processing field measurements;

- processing materials of air photography;

- import of the information from other systems.
