File menu item

File menu item contains the following submenu:

- New - creation of a new file of conformity. Master of creating a file of conformity window opens.

- Open - opening of an existing file of conformity.

- Save - saving the made changes into the open file of conformity.

- Save as - saving the changed file of conformity under other name.

- Exit from customizing - closing of Customizing conformity window.
