Ban of the right turn at the T-junction

To run mode, you must specify the network node at the T-junction.

Nodes are processed, which have links to three edges of a network in semantics. As a result of running the mode there are formed two parallel edges with a one-way traffic, auxiliary nodes on   top and bottom edge and the additional unilateral arcs connecting parallel edges.
